Abstract

Stress in university faculty and staff exists is well-documented and opportunities for reducing stress are needed. Exercise is a known strategy for reducing stress, therefore a cost-effective afterwork faculty/staff exercise program for improving wellness was implemented. Offering a faculty/staff exercise program that is convenient, inexpensive, preplanned, and fun is the key to motivating participation.
